The best way to reduce the cost of your loan is by paying it off early. You can make extra payments towards your principal or pay off the entire balance ahead of schedule. Fintaza Group doesn’t charge any prepayment penalties. You can also use U Rewards points to pay down your loan balance. You can access your loan documents at any time by logging into your account on the customer portal with your username and password. If you have trouble accessing your documents, our Customer Service team is available at (877) 728-4195 to guide you through the process, or we can email the documents directly to you.

You can exercise your Right to Cancel until 3:00 p.m. CST on the second business day after your "Disbursement Date" to return the funds without any interest charges. The Disbursement Date is when funds are transferred to your financial institution, which may differ from the date the funds are available in your account. If you wish to cancel your loan, contact us at (877) 728-4195 right away. If you miss the cancellation deadline, you can still pay off your loan early without penalties and only pay the interest accrued up to your payoff date.
